Oxatis gives merchants features to help build a successful online presence, including design, SEO, marketing, order management, international development, B2B, and more. The ShipStation integration with Oxatis allows you to import orders from the Oxatis eCommerce platform and update those orders with tracking information when a label is created.

Oxatis Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active account with Oxatis.

  • Your Oxatis Token.

Order Import Requirements:

  • Must include a Ship To address.

Other Requirements:

  • Custom status mapping for the Shipped status must be SST-SHIPPED.

Connect an Oxatis store to ShipStation

To connect your Oxatis store to ShipStation:

  1. Select Oxatis.

    Logo for the Oxatis selling channel.
  2. Fill in the Token field with your Oxatis Token.

    Connect Oxatis store with fields for Oxatis Token and a list of statuses.
  3. Fill out the Store Order Statuses based on the mnemonic code used for your Oxatis statuses.

    Important

    Set the Shipped Status to SST-SHIPPED. If this status is not set correctly, ShipStation will be unable to successfully send marketplace notifications back to Oxatis when you ship your orders.

  4. Click Connect to finish.

    After you've completed the above steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page.

  5. Set the Store Timezone setting to (GMT+00:00) GMT Standard Time (Greenwich Mean Time: London).

  6. Fill out any other store details as desired, then click Save Changes.

The ShipStation integration with Oxatis allows for the following additional features:

🇫🇷 Pickup Orders

Available for ShipStation accounts based in France - Oxatis orders with pickup information will import into ShipStation for the following carriers:

  • Colissimo

  • Mondial Relay

Your Oxatis store must be configured for pickup orders using the supported carriers for pickup information to be successfully sent to ShipStation.

If a store allows custom statuses, this means you define that statuses your orders use in your selling channel. In most cases, if you have custom statuses you'll need to define which ShipStation statuses each custom order status corresponds to.

ShipStation will import the customer's email address with the order data and can send shipment confirmation and delivery emails to that email address (configured in your Store settings).

ShipStation will import the customer phone number with the order data.

ShipStation will import the shipping method chosen by the customer during their store checkout.

ShipStation will import the payment method used to pay for the order.

ShipStation will import discount and coupon information for the order.

ShipStation can determine if an order is a gift from the order data sent by the store.

ShipStation will import internal notes or order activity from the store into the ShipStation Internal Notes field.

ShipStation will import notes provided by the customer when they made their purchase.

ShipStation will import the total order weight from the store.

ShipStation will import the weight for each line item in the order.

ShipStation will import an image URL for each line item in the order. These images will appear as thumbnails in your Order Details and can be included in email notifications and packing slips.

ShipStation will import item options (such as color or size) for each line item in the order. This data will appear in your Order Details and can be included in customer emails and packing slips.

ShipStation will import a product stock location for each line item in the order.
