Veho (Latin for ‘I carry’) is a New York-based logistics startup that operates in over 42 U.S. metro areas. As a self-integrator, Veho shares data about order imports, exporting labels, tracking updates, and inventory management between ShipStation and your systems. 

Similar to Uber, Veho’s mobile app pairs crowdsourced drivers with nearby routes to make e-commerce deliveries. With Veho, customers and shippers both can track packages in real‑time, interface with drivers, pass on delivery instructions, and receive photo proof of delivery.

Their specialty is next‑day, and two‑day delivery, as well as return (reverse) logistics. Veho boasts over 99% on‑time delivery and a 4.9/5 average customer rating. Veho's platform has helped brands amplify repurchase rates, boost customer loyalty, all while reducing many shipping-related cost like refunds.

Connect a Veho Account to ShipStation

To connect your Veho account to ShipStation:

  1. Go to Account Settings.

  2. Select Shipping, then choose Carriers from the sidebar.

  3. Click the Your Carrier Accounts tab.

  5. Select Veho and click Connect.

  6. Enter your Veho API Key , and choose an Account Nickname for you to identify the carrier account in ShipStation.

  7. Click Connect.

The carrier can be used to create domestic shipping labels.

The carrier can be used to create international shipping labels.

ShipStation will submit international customs declarations electronically to the carrier.

The carrier can be used to create domestic return labels.

ShipStation will display estimated shipping rates for the carrier based on the connected account information and shipment details.

Shipment insurance, provided by the shipment's selected carrier, can be added to the shipment in ShipStation. This insurance would be in addition to any default coverage already provided by that carrier.

Shipping labels created for this carrier will include a tracking number that can be used to view the shipment status on the carrier's tracking website. Tracking may not be available for all shipping services.

ShipStation can close the day's shipments for the carrier and submit the manifest electronically. The End of Day process may be mandatory or optional, based on the carrier and your account with them. A printable file may or may not be available when submitted electronically - see End of Day (PDF).

You can connect this carrier to ShipStation multiple times using different accounts and choose which account will be used to create each shipment.

Veho Integration Notes

  • The ShipStation integration with Veho does not support third-party billing.

  • 🇺🇸 Veho is available in the US only.

  • The Veho tracking ID will show on Shipstation, but tracking information will not. Click the Veho tracking ID and a new tab will open Veho’s tracking page.
