The return process can be started from ShipStation mobile, if necessary.

Tap the sidebar menu
to open the Shipment tab.

Tap on a Shipment to open the Shipment Details.

Click the Create a Return button at the top of the Shipment Details screen.

Fill out the form details for the return and tap Get Rate. to create the return label.

Review the shipment details. Here you can add a custom RMA number and add an email address to send the return label to.

Click Create Return to create the label.
You can either print a copy of the Return Label or close the Return pop-up. If you need to reprint the return label it will be available in the Returns tab of your account.
The Returns menu from the left sidebar will bring up a list view of returns. Tap on a Return to view the Return Details.
You can take the following actions from the Return Details:

Mark Return as Received

Resend the Return Label
-
Void the Return Label
-
View or Copy Tracking information
-
Reprint the Return Label
-
Reprint Packing Slip

Review Order Information
You can click on the Order Number to review all shipments related to the order. Return labels will be designated by an outgoing arrow
in the Order Details. The original outbound label will be designated by an incoming arrow
.
