Mercado Libre US

The ShipStation integration with Mercado Libre supports US-based merchants shipping their Mercado Libre marketplace orders from the US into Mexico.

Unlike other marketplace integrations with ShipStation, Mercado Libre orders will already have a label created for them in the Mercado Libre account. We call this "Bring Your Own Label" or BYOL. These ready-to-ship orders will import into ShipStation so you can organize them and print their labels in ShipStation. Once you print the label, the order will move to the Shipped status in ShipStation, just as orders from other selling channels do.

Due to the BYOL feature, there are certain limitations to the actions you can perform on orders in ShipStation. Please review the Bring Your Own Label section below for more details.

ShipStation No Longer Supports New Mercado Libre Accounts

Starting May 24, 2024, ShipStation will no longer allow connecting a Mercado Libre account.

This change will not affect any Mercado Libre stores connected prior to this date.

ShipStation accounts that already have a connected Mercado Libre store can still import orders as well as reconfigure their connected stores if needed.

Bring Your Own Label (BYOL)

All Mercado Libre orders will already have a label generated for them by Mercado Libre. This means, you will not be creating labels in ShipStation. However, you can use ShipStation's [batch shipping], [tagging], [customer notification], and other features as you prepare to print your labels.

Since a label is already created for your Mercado Libre orders, there are several actions available in ShipStation that will not apply to Mercado Libre orders.

Mercado Libre Integration Notes
