Due to the situation in Ukraine, several carriers have either suspended or limited their services to the area. Below we have listed the restrictions currently in place for some of our partners.
FedEx - suspended all shipments to and from Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus.
GlobalPost and the Global Advantage Program have temporarily suspended services to Russia, effective immediately.
UPS - suspended operations in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus.
USPS - Postal Service will temporarily suspend international mail acceptance to Russia. Limited services are available to Ukraine.
As of March 2nd, 2022, Ukraine Post advises that some post offices across various regions will continue to be open on a limited basis so customers can receive mail and parcels. The post also advises countries to send their international postal items to Ukraine via Poland, Slovakia, or Latvia. The post will be collecting the consignments from those countries.

This is not a complete list of restrictions from our carrier partners. While it may be possible to create labels to these destinations within ShipStation, this does not guarantee that the carrier will accept and deliver the shipment. Please check with your carrier for the most recent information about service suspensions or other limitations.
