Configure Mobile Picking

When using the Mobile Picking feature you can delegate which users have access to the Picking feature as well as how items are sorted for picking.

Mobile Picking User Permissions

Account Administators can enable or disable access to the Mobile Picking flow for each user in their account as needed.

  1. Go to Account Settings.

    Shows the gear-icon for Settings in the toolbar

  2. Select  Account, then choose User Management from the sidebar.

  3. Click Edit for the user you want to edit.

  4. Click the Permissions sub-tab.

  5. Check (or uncheck) the Order Picking box for the user.

Picking Settings

You can customize how items are sorted during picking. Items can be sorted by: Item Quantity, Item Name, Item SKU, or Inventory Warehouse Location.

To access the Printed Pick List Document Options:

  1. Go to Account Settings.

    Shows the gear-icon for Settings in the toolbar

  2. Select Warehouse from the side navigation bar, then choose Picking

  3. Adjust the desired Printed Pick Lists settings.

  4. Click Save Changes.

Select the desired sorting order from the Pick List Printing Setup menu and save:
