After you have Set Your Initial Stock Counts, there are a few ways you can manually adjust your available stock counts. With your mobile device, you can now receive inventory using Mobile Scan to Receive.

You can now update your stock counts using a scanning device or your mobile device's camera. Follow these steps to start scanning inventory counts:

Open the ShipStation Mobile App.

Go to the Inventory section.

Select your desired warehouse.

Select the Receive Stock button at the bottom of the screen.

Scan or search your first product.
If the product is found in your catalog, the product details will appear.

Input the quantity you have received.
Optional: You can select Show advanced inventory fields to add additional lot information

Select Confirm.
This SKU and the received quantity will be added to your Received Stock list.

Continue searching and receiving all SKUs.

Select Submit when you are done receiving.
