🇦🇺 Australian merchants can scale their ecommerce operations using Hubbed’s extensive Pick-Up and Drop-Off (PUDO) network, that spans over 2,500 local ParcelPoints nationwide. This integration empowers shoppers with convenient Click & Collect, Dropoff Delivery, and hassle-free returns featuring extended pickup hours. By providing greater delivery flexibility, merchants can minimize failed delivery attempts while reducing carbon emissions.

ParcelPoint (Powered by Hubbed) Integration Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • An active account with ParcelPoint.

  • API key Returns (should be requested from ParcelPoint)

  • API key Dropoff Delivery (should be requested from ParcelPoint)

Connect a ParcelPoint (Powered by Hubbed) Account to ShipStation

To connect your ParcelPoint account to ShipStation:

  1. Go to Account Settings.

    Shows the gear-icon for Settings in the toolbar

  2. Select Shipping, then choose Carriers from the sidebar.

  3. Select the Your Carrier Accounts tab.

  4. Select Add Carrier .

  5. Select Hubbed and click Connect.

  6. Enter your ParcelPoint (Powered by Hubbed) API key Returns and API key Dropoff Delivery, and choose an Account Nickname for you to identify the carrier account in ShipStation.

  7. Click Connect.

The ShipStation integration with ParcelPoint (Powered by Hubbed) allows for the following additional features:

ParcelPoint (Powered by Hubbed) sends the recipient SMS or Email notifications while the shipment is en route to its destination.

To enable SMS and email notifications via API, there must be additional info. included in the request:

  • None (No Confirmation Required).

The carrier can be used to create domestic shipping labels.

The carrier can be used to create international shipping labels.

ShipStation will submit international customs declarations electronically to the carrier.

The carrier can be used to create domestic return labels.

ShipStation will display estimated shipping rates for the carrier based on the connected account information and shipment details.

Shipment insurance, provided by the shipment's selected carrier, can be added to the shipment in ShipStation. This insurance would be in addition to any default coverage already provided by that carrier.

Shipping labels created for this carrier will include a tracking number that can be used to view the shipment status on the carrier's tracking website. Tracking may not be available for all shipping services.

ShipStation can close the day's shipments for the carrier and submit the manifest electronically. The End of Day process may be mandatory or optional, based on the carrier and your account with them. A printable file may or may not be available when submitted electronically - see End of Day (PDF).

ParcelPoint (Powered by Hubbed) Integration Notes

  • The ShipStation integration with ParcelPoint (Powered by Hubbed) does not support third-party billing.
