NOW Courier Indianapolis is a regional delivery provider offering parcel and courier services in Indiana and parts of Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois.

ShipStation's integration with NOW Courier Indianapolis allows you to create shipping labels, view shipping rates, and track shipments using your existing NOW Courier account.

Requirements

To connect NOW Courier Indianapolis to ShipStation, you must have:

  • An active NOW Courier account.

  • Your NOW Courier account email address and password.

Additional shipping requirements and restrictions:

  • Shipments must be within Indiana or supported areas of Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois.

  • International shipping is not supported.

Connect Your Account

To connect your NOW Courier Indianapolis account to ShipStation:

  1. Go to Account Settings.

    Shows the gear-icon for Settings in the toolbar

  2. Select Shipping, then choose Carriers from the sidebar.

  3. Select the Your Carrier Accounts tab.

  4. Select Add Carrier.

  6. Enter your NOW Courier account Email Address and Password.

  7. Select Connect.

NOW Courier Indianapolis supports the following services in ShipStation:

NOW Courier Indianapolis does not require a specific package type. Package dimensions and weight are passed to the carrier when creating a label.

The maximum supported package weight is 50 kg.

The carrier can be used to create domestic shipping labels.

The carrier can be used to create international shipping labels.

ShipStation will submit international customs declarations electronically to the carrier.

The carrier can be used to create domestic return labels.

ShipStation will display estimated shipping rates for the carrier based on the connected account information and shipment details.

Shipment insurance, provided by the shipment's selected carrier, can be added to the shipment in ShipStation. This insurance would be in addition to any default coverage already provided by that carrier.

Shipping labels created for this carrier will include a tracking number that can be used to view the shipment status on the carrier's tracking website. Tracking may not be available for all shipping services.

ShipStation can close the day's shipments for the carrier and submit the manifest electronically. The End of Day process may be mandatory or optional, based on the carrier and your account with them. A printable file may or may not be available when submitted electronically - see End of Day (PDF).

This carrier can be used to create multi-package shipments, where multiple labels are created for a single shipment and the individual packages are linked together in a single shipment record with a master tracking number.

You can connect this carrier to ShipStation multiple times using different accounts and choose which account will be used to create each shipment.

Integration Notes

Keep the following in mind when shipping with NOW Courier Indianapolis through ShipStation:

  • Domestic shipping only: NOW Courier Indianapolis supports shipments within Indiana and parts of Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois. International shipping is not supported.

  • Label format: NOW Courier Indianapolis supports 4 × 6-inch shipping labels.

  • Label voiding: Labels can be voided immediately after creation but cannot be voided one day after creation or after the shipment has been picked up.

  • Return labels: Return labels are not supported.

  • Hazardous materials: Shipping hazardous goods is not supported.

  • Delivery confirmation: A signature is not required for delivery.

  • Carrier insurance: Carrier-provided insurance is not available.

  • Shipment manifests: Manifests are not required.

  • Billing: NOW Courier charges for shipments upon delivery rather than at label creation.
