ShipStation ODBC: Edit or Deactivate/Activate a Store

Use the ODBC application to edit the ODBC store settings or to deactivate/activate a store.

Edit a Store's Import or Postback Settings

  1. Locate and right-click on the ODBC icon Inline_ODBC_Icon.png in the System Tray. Then, select Open.

  2. Click the action Action menu: three dots in ellipsis menu for the store you wish to edit.

  3. Select Edit Import Settings or Edit Postback Settings.

The Import Settings or Postback Settings screen will open.

Things to know when deactivating a store

  • New orders will not be imported into ShipStation from your data source

  • Shipment information will not be posted back to your data source

  • Previously imported orders are still visible in ShipStation

  1. Locate and right-click on the ODBC icon Inline_ODBC_Icon.png in the System Tray. Then, select Open.

  2. Click the action Action menu: three dots in ellipsis menu for the store you wish to deactivate.

  3. Select Deactivate Store....

  4. Click the Deactivate Store button.

    The store will be deactivated and hidden in My Stores.

Set a Store to Active

  1. Locate and right-click on the ODBC icon Inline_ODBC_Icon.png in the System Tray. Then, select Open.

  2. Check the Show Inactive checkbox.

  3. Click the action Action menu: three dots in ellipsis menu for the store you wish to activate.

  4. Select Set Store to Active.

    The store is reactivated and is visible in My Stores.
