Connection Requirements:
Important: All Passport Integration approvals are currently On Hold.
Usually, to connect Passport to your ShipStation account, you must contact Passport Support to get approval. Once approved, Passport would then appear in the carrier connection list.
The Passport Integration is not listed in the carrier connection pop-up by default.
- A US-based ShipStation account
- An active account with Passport.
- A ShipStation Platinum plan or higher.
- Your Passport API Key.
To connect your Passport account to ShipStation:

For US- and Canada-based ShipStation accounts, certain plans will require you to enable the Your Carriers add-on before you can connect your carrier accounts. If you have not yet enabled it, you'll be prompted to do so before you can connect your accounts.

Select Add Carrier .

Select Passport and click Connect.
Passport will only be available to approved accounts. If you do not see Passport as an option, contact Passport Support to request approval.

Enter your Passport API Key.
