The Payments & Subscription settings give you access to view your past invoices and download your data archives.

Invoices include your monthly subscription fees and any add-on fees that apply to your account (like additional users or active add-ons).

Data archives are monthly archives of your order and shipment data that you can download to view in a spreadsheet.
Postage Balance Invoices for UK, FR, and DE Accounts
🇫🇷 🇩🇪 As of April 1, 2024, new payment methods added to FR and DE accounts will no longer generate invoices for funds added to postage balances. To review these payments, go to Account Settings > Payments and Subscriptions > Transaction History.
🇬🇧 UK merchants now receive invoices.
To download invoices for your postage purchases, go to Account Settings > Account > Payments & Subscription > Transaction History. Next to each Label Purchase, you will see the option to download the invoice for that transaction.
We do not generate invoices for "Funds Added" transactions, but a receipt will be emailed to you instead.
ShipStation invoices include subscription fees and any additional monthly fees that may apply to your account (like additional users or active add-ons). Postage purchases, whether through ShipStation Carriers or your own connect carrier accounts, are not included in this invoice.
If you need to export your order or shipment data over an extended period of time, ShipStation's Data Archive is your best option!
At the end of every month, we create an archive of your account's orders, shipments, and shipment items. Follow these brief steps to download and open your Data Archive in Microsoft Excel or a similar spreadsheet program.
