Amazon Shipping is Amazon's carrier service that provides domestic, ground economy shipping services. Amazon Shipping delivers seven days a week, includes 24/7 warehouse-to-door tracking, and has no residential or weekend delivery fees. It is currently available for US- and UK-based ShipStation accounts.

Please note that Amazon Shipping is a separate integration from the Amazon Buy Shipping API, which provides access to carriers you've connected to your Amazon account.
Connection Requirements:

Your current Seller Central or Shipper Central account credentials.

To connect your Amazon Shipping account to ShipStation:

Click the Amazon Shipping tile.

Select which type of account you wish to use to connect: Seller Central or Shipper Central.
This will open the login page for your Amazon account in a new browser window.

Log into your Amazon account.

Accept the Terms & Conditions and click Authorize.
You'll then be redirected back to ShipStation and your Amazon Shipping account will be connected and ready to use.
Amazon Shipping US services will then be available from your Services drop-down when configuring shipments.

Amazon Shipping is exempt from the Your Carriers add-on fee. If Amazon Shipping is the only carrier added to the Your Carriers settings, you will not be charged the monthly add-on fee. If any other carrier accounts are added to the Your Carriers settings, the monthly add-on fee will then apply.

For accounts on the High Volume plan, Amazon Shipping labels are exempt from the per-label fees.

Amazon Shipping does not support using custom package types.

Signature Confirmation is not supported for Amazon Shipping shipments.

ShipStation does not include the shipment's recipient address in the label request to Amazon Shipping for ON Amazon orders. Amazon will only respect the recipient address that on the order in Amazon. If an address change is required for the shipment, you must update the address in Amazon.

ShipStation's Branded Tracking Page is not available for Amazing Shipping shipments.

What it means: This results from attempts to ship an Amazon order that did not originate from the same Amazon store that is authorized for use with Amazon Shipping. Amazon will allow you to create labels for your own Amazon account and any other order source that operates independently from Amazon. What to do: Verify that the order in question did not originate from any of the following sources:
If the order is from one of these, we do not support creating Amazon Shipping labels for those sources. You must use another carrier to create a label. |

What it means: Occurs when attempting to ship on a Friday after 1 pm. What to do: Set the ShipDate to the following Monday. This is specifically for Friday shipments after 1 pm. |

What it means: Amazon Shipping may limit the Recipient/Ship To name field to 30 characters. What to do: Shorten the recipient name to be 30 characters or fewer. |
Error: Validation Exception: The packages.0.package_code must be a string |
What it means: You are trying to create a label with a custom package type. What to do: Change the package type to Package. |
Error: Bad Request: No eligible service offerings received |
What it means: Likely due to trying to create labels past Amazon's 1:30 pm cutoff pick-up time. What to do: Update the shipping cutoff settings to have labels created after 1:30 pm set to ship the next day. |
Error: We're Sorry! An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we're already working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly. |
What it means: This error will appear upon registration of an account. Typically it means you may be using a username that isn't the primary email on the account. Consent is only granted to the "Primary Account Manager." This could also mean that your credentials haven't been properly whitelisted by Amazon. What to do:

What it means: This means one of two things:
What to do: If you're trying to ship a non-Amazon order, contact your Amazon rep to confirm that your Amazon Shipping account has been approved and properly activated to ship non-Amazon orders. |
Error: Selected service is not compatible with other settings (package type, weight, size) |
What it means: ShipStation is not receiving any rates or valid services from Amazon Shipping. When you get access to Amazon Shipping, you are assigned a "First Pickup Date”. Amazon will not send services or rates to ShipStation before that date. What to do: Contact your Amazon rep if you don't know what your First Pickup Date is. If the First Pickup Date has passed, reach out to Amazon Shipping support for more information. |
