Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your ShipStation subscription at any time. Keep in mind that your subscription will remain valid until the last day of your billing cycle, so you can continue using ShipStation until then.

Before You Cancel

  • After your subscription ends, your account access will be limited.

  • You can still log in to your account, but access is limited to Payment & Subscription settings, where you can resubscribe.

  • You will not be able to run reports. Be sure to download any reports you need before your subscription ends.

Billing

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds

  • US-based Accounts: If your subscription has been closed for 30 days and you have a remaining ShipStation Balance, a refund is automatically processed within 14 business days.

  • Non-US Accounts: If your account is based outside the United States, contact ShipStation Support to request a refund of any remaining balance after closing your account.

Free Trial Cancellations

Free trial accounts can be closed at any time from Settings > Account > Payments & Subscription. Only active paid plans require subscription cancellation.

To cancel your subscription:

Reinstate a Canceled ShipStation Account

If you have previously canceled your account, you can reinstate it by re-selecting or changing your subscription plan and updating your billing details.

If your account has been canceled due to non-payment, ShipStation will allow you to log in but will only show you the Payment & Subscription page. Update your billing details to reinstate your account.

Your account will be reactivated and you can access the rest of the app to start shipping again! Your new billing period will start the day you reactivate your account.
