NZ Post Domestic Package Types

The following Trackpak package types should always be matched with their corresponding "Pack" services when configuring a shipment. For example, if using a "Pack A4" service, select a corresponding "A4" Trackpak package type. If you select an invalid package type for the service you wish to use, you'll receive an error. Change either the service or package type so the service/package pairing is valid. You'll then be able to create the label.

NZ Post Domestic Integration Notes

  • Voiding labels in ShipStation does not “void” with NZ Post. You will not be charged until the label is scanned.

  • Any NZ Post services that specify a Trackpak should only be used with the type of Trackpak envelope or package specified in the service name. For example, use A4 Trackpak package types with the corresponding A4 Pack services.
