Notes about Purolator from ShipStation

  • ShipStation's integration with Purolator is only available to ShipStation accounts based in 🇨🇦 Canada. Accounts based elsewhere may consider connecting a Shipstation account with Purolator International.

  • Hold for Pickup (HFPU): ShipStation cannot find the nearest valid Purolator Hold for Pickup location. Before creating the label, merchants using Purolator’s Hold for Pickup option must find that address and manually edit the Ship To address to become the desired HFPU address. This is in addition to checking the HFPU box.

  • Purolator from ShipStation does not support third-party billing.

  • Adjustments for Package and Weight Dimensions: During shipping, overhead scanners and scales automatically verify package dimensions and weight. If there are differences from the initial information provided, adjustment charges may occur. For size discrepancies, carriers typically require a drop-off receipt or significant evidence to consider dispute claims. Adjustment dispute resolutions are ultimately decided by the carrier. Review individual carrier terms of service for additional details.

  • Purolator from ShipStation does not allow shipping dangerous goods or shipments containing liquids. If you need to ship dangerous goods or liquids with Purolator, you must contact Purolator to start your own account, which you can then use with ShipStation.

  • ShipStation API users cannot use the normal "packageCode" package with this carrier.
