FedEx International Connect API Key
To connect your FedEx International Connect account to ShipStation:

Select Add Carrier .

Type FedEx International Connect into the search bar of the Connection popup and click Connect on the tile.

Enter your FedEx International Connect API Key, and choose an Account Nickname for you to identify the carrier account in ShipStation.

As of 1st May 2025, FedEx International Connect (FIC) supports B2C, C2C, and C2B movement types for shipping from Great Britain (GB) to Northern Ireland (NI), aligning with the Windsor Framework.
FedEx International Connect (FIC) does not support B2B shipments from Great Britain (GB) to Northern Ireland (NI).

Third-party Billing: The ShipStation integration with FedEx International Connect does not support third-party billing.

Terms of Trade: FedEx International Connect supports DDP and DDU terms of trade (Incoterms). Other Terms of Trade values are not accepted.

ZPL Labels: By default, FIC returns a ZPL label in 200 dpi.

Return Services: FedEx International Connect does not currently support return services.
