Endicia is an official USPS postage reseller that provides discounts from the normal USPS retail rates. ShipStation's integration with Endicia, available to US-based accounts, allows you to connect your Endicia account to create both USPS domestic and international labels with the rates you enjoy on your Endicia account. Endicia accounts are exempt from ShipStation's Your Carriers add-on fee.
This integration also supports Endicia's pay-on-use feature, which bills your account only when the label you create is scanned into the USPS system. Contact your Endicia account representative to inquire about enabling the pay-on-use feature for your account.
Alerts, Disruptions, and Suspensions to Service
Updated May 1, 2023: USPS provides updated service alerts on their website for any situation affecting USPS parcel delivery.

Issue |
How to Troubleshoot or Resolve |
---|---|
First Class Mail International (FCMI) shipments' tracking numbers not sent to marketplace or customers. |
The tracking number provided for FCMI shipments is not always fully trackable and will often not provide any additional tracking details beyond the shipment leaving the country. Since these tracking numbers do not always provide full delivery information, ShipStation considers them to be "non-trackable" and will not include them in notifications by default. What to do: To include FCMI tracking numbers in notifications, go to Despite the wording of the setting, it applies to both marketplace and customer notifications. |
