Explains how to add your Store Logo to your labels, then lists carriers and services that support label logos.
When you use a branded label to ship a package to your customer, they will immediately identify where it is coming from. ShipStation can include your store's logo directly on your labels for certain shipping services.
There are a few things to know about using Branded Labels in ShipStation:
Logos must be added within your store's Settings page before enabling Branded Labels. Learn how to access your store's Settings.
Not all carriers or services support store logos. Review Branded Labels Supported Carriers & Services to see a complete list.
Carriers determine their label format requirements, the size, location, and resolution of the logo on the label. You cannot configure these settings as they are sized automatically by the carrier.
Going forward, your labels will include a small image of your logo whenever the carrier/service supports it!
Uploading a Logo Image
If you have not uploaded your logo in your store settings, understand that logos on shipping labels have a max height of around one inch.
Keep that in mind as you decide on the proportions of the logo you want to upload to ShipStation.
