ShipStation's My Profile page displays profile information for the user you are logged in as. In the My Profile page, you can:
Edit the information you wish to change, then click the appropriate button to either Update Profile or Change Password.
If you have forgotten your profile password, you will either need to have one of your account administrators reset the password for you, or you can logout and use the Forgot Your Password? link on the login screen.
Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
Enter your username and click Send Password Reset Instructions.
ShipStation will then send an email to the email address associated with the username you entered.
Open that email and follow the instructions to reset your ShipStation password.
If this process doesn't work for you, or if you don't receive the password reset email, please contact ShipStation support.
If you are an admin user on the account, you can change the password for any usernames on the account:
Click Edit next to the username whose password you'd like to change.
Enter and confirm the new password.
You can also update the full name and email address associated with the username in the Information tab.
Click Save once you've made your changes.
Please email email@example.com if no user is able to log in to ShipStation.
