In the My Profile page, you can update your user account's full name and email address, opt-in to ShipStation's weekly digest email, and change your user account's password.

Notes on Users

  • Access to the Account subsections will depend on the permissions and restrictions applied to your user. If you cannot access this screen, please get in touch with your ShipStation account administrator.

  • If multiple usernames are associated with the same email address, we recommend entering your username to ensure ShipStation resets the password for the correct user.

  • If multiple employees are logging into ShipStation, each employee needs to log in with their individual username or email address.

  • You cannot change the username once created. If you need to use a different a username, you must add a new user and set the old one to inactive.
