eCom labels are 6-panel color shipping labels that function as both a shipping label and a marketing tool. In ShipStation, you can print your shipping label and packing slip directly onto the eCom label format.
Within ShipStation, you can print the label and packing slip onto your eCom label pamphlet.
If you have your prepared eCom labels and are ready to start shipping with them, you'll first need to contact ShipStation support to have us enable this option in your account.
Once enabled, you can choose your preferred page orientation for both the label and the packing slip.
To adjust the eCom label printing format, follow the steps below.

Select the eCom layout you prefer.
If the eCom options are not visible, contact ShipStation support to have them enabled on your account.

Click Save Changes.
eCom labels are the legal-format size (8.5" x 14").
While most printer models that support legal-format paper will be able to print the labels and packing slip for your eCom labels. Please note that certain models work best for extended use, like the Xerox VersaLink B610 or Xerox Phaser 4600/4622 (discontinued).

Currently, this feature is only available to U.S.-based ShipStation accounts only.

Either you and your creative team or eCom Label Solutions® will design these labels. eCom Label Solutions® will then send you the specs to make sure your labels are compliant with both ShipStation and eCom Label Solutions®'s configurations.
