If your business relies on custom packaging with varying dimensions and you know you may be affected by DIM weights, we recommend creating custom package types.
These package types will then be available in your Package drop-down menu when configuring shipments. They will also be available for presets, service mapping, and automation rules.
Now that you have set up custom package types, they can be applied to orders.
