For high-volume businesses, fanfold thermal stacks are common because they offer faster printing, better accuracy, and avoid the "end-of-roll curl" common with traditional rolls.

For those shipping occasionally without a dedicated thermal printer, inkjet or laser label sheets are an easy, accessible starting point.

If you are using a newer Dymo 5XL, be aware that it requires RFID-enabled labels, while older Dymo models can use standard thermal rolls.

There are several recommended supplies you can purchase directly within your ShipStation account. Please note that the checkout within the Supplies tab is for single item orders. If you would like to purchase multiple items, navigate to the ShipStation Supplies Store by clicking on one of the Explore More options.
When you buy Shipping Supplies from ShipStation there are several payment methods available during checkout:

Shop Pay: Selecting the Shop Pay button at checkout will direct you to sign into an existing account or you can create a Shop Pay Account to securely save your email, shipping details, and credit card information for future use.

PayPal: Choosing the PayPal option will redirect you to login to your PayPal account.

Credit Card: Enter your credit card number to complete the checkout process.

Google Pay: This express checkout option is available in the ShipStation Supplies store. Choosing this option will redirect you to login to your Google Pay account.

Venmo: This express checkout option is available in the ShipStation Supplies store. Choosing this option will redirect you to login to your Venmo account.
To access your ShipStation Supplies store account:

Navigate to the ShipStation Supplies store.

Click on the profile icon
to access your account, orders, and subscriptions.

Sign in with the email associated with the subscription or your Shop Pay account.

Select a tab to manage your account:

Orders: access your order history and upcoming orders.

Profile: update your shipping address or payment methods on file.

Subscriptions: make per-order changes, reschedule or skip a shipment, add or remove products, change payment method or cancel a subscription.

Subscription management is 100% self-service. You can cancel a subscription at any time by following these steps:

Navigate to the ShipStation Supplies store.

Go to the profile icon

Sign in with the email or Shop Pay account associated with the subscription.

Select the Subscriptions tab.

Click on the product to edit it's subscription.

Click on Cancel Subscription to start the cancellation process.

Confirm if you need to pause or cancel the subscription in the next prompt. Click Cancel Subscription to continue with the cancellation process.

Click Continue with Cancellation to confirm your subscription cancellation request.

Review your cancellation confirmation. Once you have reached this prompt your subscription has been successfully cancelled.

Some oversized shipping supplies may incur up to a 25% restocking fee for return.

You may return any unopened items or items in their original condition within 30 days of the original order date for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. You may also return scales, even if opened or used, provided they have not been damaged by you, within 30 days of the order date.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Returns shipped C.O.D. or postage due will not be accepted.

In the case of a defective item, ShipStation will honor the applicable warranty period if it exceeds 30 days. In such an event, please email our support team at supplies@shipstation.com.
