How can I get a receipt for a shipment?

If you need a receipt for a specific label you purchased, locate the shipment in the ShipStation Shipments tab and copy the tracking number. Then, contact ShipStation support, request a Transaction Details Report, and provide the tracking number for each shipment you need the receipt for.
