ShipStation's Age column comes in handy when sorting Awaiting Shipment orders for fulfillment. You can sort by ascending age to display the newest orders first or descending age to view the oldest orders first.
ShipStation will display the hours in the order age for up to 72 hours. After that it will only display in days. Order Times are based on the time zone set on your account.
ShipStation calculates order age differently for orders in the Awaiting Shipment and Shipped status:

Order age for Awaiting Shipment status = Current Date/Time minus the Order Date/Time

Order age for Shipped status = Shipped Date/Time minus the Order Date/Time
If the Ship Date/Time is prior to the Order Date/Time, the age will be 0.
