Configure Automatic Product Import (Shopify)

You can automatically create and update product records in ShipStation by enabling a 24-hour product import for your Shopify store(s).

When enabled, ShipStation checks your Shopify store once every 24 hours and imports any new products created since the last import.

Available for Shopify Stores Only

Currently, this feature is only available for Shopify stores. Check back, as more stores will be available soon.

Set Up Automatic Product Import

To set up automatic product import:

  1. Click the Actions menu Actions menu. Three-dot ellipsis next to the store you want to update, then choose Edit Store Details.

  2. Select the Products tab.

  3. Check the box next to Synchronize products from connected stores.

  4. Select Save Changes.

Product Fields Imported from Shopify

When automatic product import is enabled, ShipStation imports supported product details from your Shopify store.

The table below shows how Shopify product fields map to ShipStation inventory fields during automatic product import.
