Transfer Orders

Transfer Orders (TOs) in ShipStation allow you to move inventory between your various warehouse locations. By creating a Transfer Order you can track the movement of stock and ensure your inventory levels remain accurate across your entire network.

From the Transfer Orders grid you will be able to create orders, manage expected delivery dates, review status, and mark your TOs as received.

You can create a transfer order to move stock from one warehouse to another warehouse. If you want to build a transfer from scratch by manually selecting the origin and destination locations it's best to use the Transfer Orders grid. If you are already reviewing your stock levels and decide to move specific items to another location there is also a button to create a transfer order in the Inventory tab.
