ShipStation is now an officially approved TikTok Shipping provider, enabling merchants with a ShipStation account based in the US and UK to manage your TikTok Shop orders directly within our platform. This integration allows you to generate shipping labels at TikTok’s pre-negotiated rates without having to switch between different systems to complete your daily workflow.

ShipStation now supports both Seller Fulfilled and TikTok Shipping (Ship by TikTok) orders. Whether you are a new user or an existing partner, your TikTok Shop connection is designed to bring all your orders into one place automatically.
When you connect your TikTok Shop, ShipStation automatically enables both fulfillment methods:

Seller Fulfilled: You choose your own carrier and service for these orders.

TikTok Shipping: TikTok provides the label. ShipStation automatically imports these orders so you can manage fulfillment without switching platforms.

Collections By TikTok (CBT) orders: These orders automatically import and lock into the TikTok Shipping experience. Merchants can easily identify Collections by TikTok orders by the CBT watermark printed on the shipping label.

Currently, ShipStation imports all TikTok order types by default. If you only wish to import one specific order type, please contact our ShipStation support team for assistance.
Depending on your current status with ShipStation, your setup will either be a seamless first-time connection or an automatic background update to your existing store.
NEW USERS
If you are connecting TikTok Shop for the first time:

Connect: Go to your Store Settings and add TikTok Shop using your seller credentials.

Automatic Setup: ShipStation will automatically configure both Seller Fulfilled and TikTok Shipping behind the scenes. No additional steps are required.
EXISTING USERS
If you already have a TikTok Shop connected:

Automatic Update: As of our latest update, TikTok Shipping orders will automatically begin importing alongside your Seller Fulfilled orders.

Opting Out: If you prefer to revert your connection to "Seller Fulfilled only," please contact our ShipStation support team for assistance. We will help you adjust your connection settings and collect your feedback to help improve future versions of this integration.
Orders labeled as TikTok Shipping have specific requirements because TikTok determines the carrier and service:

Label Generation: You cannot choose or change the carrier/service. You can only adjust the weight and dimensions to generate the label provided by TikTok.

Carrier Details: The carrier identity will be revealed once the label is generated.

Shipping Info: Ship-from and Ship-to locations cannot be edited within ShipStation for these orders.

Voids and Support: TikTok Shipping labels cannot be voided within ShipStation. For any issues regarding the label, carrier service, or post-shipment activities, please contact TikTok Shop Support directly.

The ShipStation integration with TikTok Shipping does not support third-party billing.

FBT Orders Excluded: TikTok Shipping integration does not support the import of Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) orders.

Carrier / Service Choice: TikTok chooses the carrier and service available. Merchants will not be able to choose these for shipments.

Label Modification: Merchants can only adjust weight and dimensions before importing the label provided by TikTok. You cannot change the carrier or service, and you will only know these details when the label is provided.

Voiding Labels is not supported with TikTok Shipping.
Void Label attempts will return the Error message: "TikTok Shipping does not support Voiding. Please contact TikTok support for assistance."

Editing Ship From / Ship To Address is not supported. Most fields are locked once a TikTok order imports. Please contact TikTok supportfor assistance if this information is incorrect.

Pickups are not supported. Please contact TikTok support for questions regarding your pickup experience.

Multi-package Shipments are not supported.
TikTok Shipping supports only one package per label.

Additional Insurance is not supported via ShipStation. TikTok Shipping provides up to $100 of insurance by default.

Tracking: Check TikTok's platform for the most up-to-date tracking status.

Collection by TikTok (CBT): Certain orders will have Collection by TikTok Labels. These orders will require TikTok Shipping labels. You can identify these as a Collection by TikTok label by the CBT watermark on the label itself.
