Your Lightspeed Retail store domain (e.g., the 'mystore' part of mystore.retail.lightspeed.app)
Order Import Requirements:

Only imports sales with a Ship-To address

Orders without Ship-To addresses will be skipped and will not cause a store import error.

Only import sales with the type Delivery (may be a digital product)

Delivery means it has a Ship-To address if created in Lightspeed POS

Only orders that have been fully paid will be imported into Awaiting Shipment status. Orders with remaining payments will not be imported.

Non-delivery type orders (standard POS sales) are not imported into ShipStation as they do not require shipment.
To connect your Lightspeed Retail store to ShipStation:

Select the Lightspeed Retail tile.

Enter your Lightspeed Retail store domain (e.g., 'mystore' for mystore.retail.lightspeed.app).
Important URL Requirement
Domain should ONLY be the mystore part of mystore.retail.lightspeed.app.
Domain should not contain leading protocol (e.g., "https://") and should not contain a leading "www".
It should NOT be the full domain name (e.g. mystore.retail.lightspeed.app) with no leading protocol (e.g. "https://")
After you've completed the connection steps, the store's Settings page will open. You can adjust your store-specific settings like branding and customer notifications, if you wish. Or click Save to close.
