Return Shipment Analytics help you track, analyze, and optimize your return operations. Use these reports to evaluate return label costs, monitor return shipping progress, make purchasing decisions, and identify return trends across your sales channels.
You can access your Return Shipments Analytics reports by going to Analytics > Shipments Overview > Return Shipments
By default, the dashboard displays return shipment information from within the last 30 days as of the last daily refresh; they are not live dashboards. Use the filter bar at the top of the dashboard to adjust the scope of your metrics, charts, and tables on the page simultaneously.
The table below outlines the available filters on the dashboard, allowing you to segment your shipment data by dates, carriers, services, and locations.
