Manage Subscription Payment Method

For US-based accounts, you can use either a credit card or a PayPal account as your payment method for subscriptions. For accounts in any other country, you can currently only use a credit card for your subscription payment method. However, we will be expanding your payment method options in the near future!

The Payment & Subscription page allows you to manage several aspects of your ShipStation account. This article will show you how to update your account payment details. For other options that are also managed on the Payment & Subscription page, review the following guides:

Change or Update Credit Card

To change or update a credit card:

  1. Go to the Payment Methods section.

  2. Click the Action menu for the Subscription and select Update Payment Method.

Verify Information is Up to Date

Be sure that all credit card information is up to date. If a card is expired or closed, it can result in a denial and risk your account going to a closed status.

  4. Click Save when you're done!

Change or Update PayPal
