You can make changes to your ShipStation subscription plan at any time.
You may be wondering: Can I change my subscription plan at any time?
Yes! ShipStation allows you to change your subscription, which you may need to do if your shipment volume increases or varies by season. Additionally, a change in your plan level allows you to adjust the number of users for your account.
You can upgrade long term, or just for a month. To change your plan, do the following:
Find the Current Subscription section and click Change Your Subscription.
Select the plan you want to change to (Upgrade/Downgrade) from those listed in the ShipStation Subscription Plan pop-up window.
In this pop-up, you can also add or subtract any additional users as necessary. Review our article about adding and editing users for more details.
Click Approve and Change to save any changes you make!
To change the payment method, address, and email address associated with your ShipStation subscription (and Shipsurance charges) follow the steps below:
Scroll down to the Billing Information section.
Click Change Billing Information and change any information as necessary.
Click Save when you're done!
Billing information in ShipStation is only tied to ShipStation subscription and Shipsurance fees.
For billing questions or issues related to your carrier or postage provider accounts, please contact the carrier or postage provider directly.
The only information we include on ShipStation invoices are subscription fees and Shipsurance purchases. Postage purchases are billed through the carrier and will only appear on carrier account invoices.
Click the past invoices link.
Select the appropriate date and click Download Invoice.
A PDF will automatically download, and look similar to this:
If you need to export your order or shipment data over an extended period of time, ShipStation's Data Archive is your best option!
At the end of every month, we create an archive of your account's orders, shipments, and shipment items. Follow these brief steps to download and open your Data Archive in Microsoft Excel or a similar spreadsheet program.
In this archive area, you can see the total value of your orders for a given month as well as that month's total shipping costs.
Look for the Data Archive section near the bottom of the Subscription page, and then click the link in the description to view your month-by-month archives.
Click Download Archive to download the archive for that month. This gives you CSVs of your order, shipment, and shipment line item information for that month, in a compressed file.
We're sad to see you go, but we know something things don't work out! The information below will tell you all you need to know to cancel your account.
Click the Cancel your subscription here link to start the cancellation process.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Should you choose to cancel your ShipStation subscription, a number of things will happen.
Your subscription will be valid until the last day of your billing period, so you will still be able to use ShipStation fully until that time.
Log in to ShipStation using the same username and password you used previously on your account.
ShipStation will open the Account & Subscription pop-up.
If you are unable to log in, use the Forgot Password option in the login window. If you are unable to reset your password this way, please contact ShipStation support for further assistance.
Click Change Your Subscription.
Select the plan level you'd like to use (even if it shows as the currently selected plan), and enter your billing information into the Account Billing pop-up window.
If your billing information is still saved in ShipStation, this pop-up will be skipped.
Save your changes.
Your account will now be reactivated and you'll be able to access the rest of the app to start shipping again!
Your new billing period will start the day you reactivate your account.
If you have a Stamps.com account associated with your ShipStation account, it will have reverted to a standard account when your ShipStation canceled. Please contact Stamps.com when you reinstate your ShipStation account.

Stamps.com will convert your account back to the ShipStation Pro Plan. This will ensure you are not billed a monthly fee for your Stamps.com account going forward.
