In some cases, yes! This capability is called Checkout Rates. Currently, it is available to accounts in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand and limited to specific selling channels.

Checkout Rates is currently supported for four selling channels: Magento, Shopify, Wix, and Big Commerce. Review our Send Rates to Store Checkout article to learn how to set up and use this feature.
For other selling channels, ShipStation cannot send live rates for your customers to select at checkout at this time. Many selling channels provide access to plug-ins so you can provide live rates from your carrier accounts to your customers during the checkout process. You will need to contact your selling channel for details.
For Australia and New Zealand-based accounts, Checkout Rates is currently in a beta release, which means some functionality is new and may sometimes produce unexpected results. Additionally, the ShipStation account must be on the Accelerate or higher subscription plan to be eligible for the Checkout Rates feature.
For Canada-based accounts, the Checkout Rates feature is currently supported for Shopify and Big Commerce. Review our Send Rates to Store Checkout article to learn how to set up and use this feature.
