Breakdown of the static data exports available on the Products, Customers, and Shipments tabs.

Static Reports are CSV reports you can create in ShipStation that have no customization options or custom export formats. You can, however, use filters to limit what data gets exported into the report.

Static reports include Fulfillment record reports, Returns record reports, Product records reports, and Inventory records reports.

Product Export

Export a CSV of your product records in ShipStation using the Export button in the Products page of the Products tab.

The Products page has an arrow pointing to the Export button.

Use this report to update your products records in bulk using the CSV product import procedure.

Use filters to limit the list of products exported to the report or select specific product records in the grid to export.

Missing Product Records in your Export?

This report will contain a list of ShipStation product records. If products are missing from the report, check the store's Product settings to ensure ShipStation is set to create product records when importing orders from that store.

The table below details which fields appear in the CSV, what those fields mean, and what output to expect for each field.

Field	What does it mean?
Active	Indicates if the product record is active.
Category	Reporting Category set in the General tab for the product record.
CustomsDescription	Description set in the Customs tab for the product record.
CustomsValue	Declared Value set in the Customs tab for the product record.
CustomsTariffNo	Harmonization Code set in the Customs tab for the product record.
CustomsCountry	Origin Country set in the Customs tab for the product record.
FillSKU	Fulfillment SKU set in the Shipping tab for the product record.
Height	Height set in the Dimensions on the Shipping tab for the product record.
IsReturnable	Indicates if the Returnable option on the General tab is enabled.
Length	Length set in the Dimensions on the Shipping tab for the product record.
Name	Name for the product record.
ParentSKU	If the product is a Variant product, the SKU for the Parent product record.
SKU	SKU for the product record.
SKUAlias	The Aliases set in the Store Aliases tab for the product record.
Tag1	The first Order Tag set in the General tab for the product record.
Tag2	The second Order Tag set in the General tab for the product record.
Tag3	The third Order Tag set in the General tab for the product record.
Tag4	The fourth Order Tag set in the General tab for the product record.
Tag5	The fifth Order Tag set in the General tab for the product record.
ThumbnailURL	The Image URL set in the General tab for the product record.
UPC	The UPC set in the General tab for the product record.
UseProductName	Indicates if the Override the imported name option is enabled for the product record.
WarehouseLocation	The Warehouse Location set in the Shipping tab for the product record.
Weight	Weight set in the Shipping tab for the product record.
WeightOz	Weight (in ounces) set in the Shipping tab for the product record.
Width	Width set in the Dimensions on the Shipping tab for the product record.

Inventory Export

Export a CSV of the inventory configured in ShipStation's Internal Inventory Solution by clicking the Export button in the Inventory page of the Products tab.

Select the items in the grid you wish to export, and use filters if you want to limit the items in the report by date created, whether inventory tracking is enabled, or the item has an alert present.

The table below details which fields export in the report, what they mean, and what output is expected for each field.

Field	What does it mean?
SKU	SKU for the inventory product record.
ProductName	Name for the inventory product record.
WarehouseName	Name of the Inventory Warehouse where the inventory product's stock is held.
Loc1	Area for the inventory warehouse location for the inventory product record.
Loc2	Unit for the inventory warehouse location for the inventory product record.
Loc3	Shelf for the inventory warehouse location for the inventory product record.
Loc4	Bin for the inventory warehouse location for the inventory product record.
Stock	Current Stock for the inventory product record.
ReorderThreshold	If the Reorder Threshold is defined for the the specific inventory product record it will be displayed here. This column will not display the default Reorder Threshold.

Fulfillments Export

Export a CSV of your fulfillment records by clicking the Export button on the Fulfillments page of your Shipments tab.

Select the fulfillment records from the grid you wish to include in the report. Use filters to limit the report data by Fulfillment Provider, Country, or Ship Date.

The following table outlines the contents included in the report.

Field	What does it mean?
Amount - Order Tax	Tax Paid for the order used to create the fulfillment record.
Amount - Order Total	Total Order for the order used to create the fulfillment record.
Carrier - Name	Name of the Carrier associated with the fulfillment record.
Customer - Email	Buyer Email for the order used to create the fulfillment record.
Date - Order Date	Order Date for the order used to create the fulfillment record.
Date - Shipped Date	Ship Date for the fulfillment record.
Operations - Batch ID	ShipStation's internal identifier for the batch in which the fulfillment was created.
Operations - Batch Number	Batch Number for the batch in which the fulfillment was created.
Operations - User Name	Username of the ShipStation user who created the fulfillment record.
Operations - Warehouse	Name of the Ship From used to create the fulfillment record.
Order - Number	Order Number for the order used to create the fulfillment record.
Order - Source	Source for the order used to create the fulfillment record. This field is typically used by Inventory and Order Management partners to define the original store or marketplace the order was placed on.
Ship To - Address 1	Ship To Address Line 1 for the fulfillment record.
Ship To - Address 2	Ship ToAddress Line 2 for the fulfillment record.
Ship To - Address 3	Ship To Address Line 3 for the fulfillment record.
Ship To - City	Ship To City for the fulfillment record.
Ship To - Company	Ship To Company for the fulfillment record.
Ship To - Country	Country for the fulfillment record.
Ship To - Name	Ship To Name for the fulfillment record.
Ship To - Phone	Ship To Phone for the fulfillment record.
Ship To - Postal Code	Ship To Postal Code for the fulfillment record.
Ship To - State	Ship To State for the fulfillment record.
Shipment - Carrier	Name of the Carrier associated with the fulfillment record.
Shipment - Tracking Number	Tracking Number of the shipping label for the shipment record.
Shipment - Void Date	Date the fulfillment record was cancelled in ShipStation.
Shipment - Void Flag	Indicates if the fulfillment record is cancelled.
Shipment - Weight (Oz)	Weight (in ounces) of the order used to create the fulfillment record.

Returns Export

Export a CSV of your Return shipments by clicking the Export button in the Returns page of your Shipments tab.

Select the return records from the grid you wish to include in the report. Use filters to limit the report data by Carrier, Ship From Location (Return To filter), or any other available filters.
