The Return Details screen provides a comprehensive view of return information, including item details, status updates, and shipping configurations. Depending on how a return was created, the available data and management options in your Return Details screen may vary. This article will guide you through the information and actions available in the Returns Details screen.
To keep your shipping workflow efficient ShipStation displays all of your returns in the Returns tab of your account. To view the details of an individual return click on the Request # or Order #. This will open the Return Details screen.
On the Return Details Screen:

Return Details: this section will show the return address details, associated RMA number, return creation date, and if the returned item has been recieved.

Return Items: this section will show item information for the return including item name, sku, quantity, amount to be refunded, and the return reason.

Activity Log: this section will show _______ type of activity. You can also add internal notes to a return from the Activity log .

Mark as Completed: click this button when you have received the return.

Return Actions: this button will open a drop down list with a variety of actions. For more details on available return actions see the section below.
If you click on the Return Actions button in the Return Details page you will be able to perform a variety of actions:

If you need to reprint an existing return label choose the Print Label action. |

To resend an existing return label to your customer choose the Resend Label action. |

To view a return directly in the selling channel where it was created use the View on action. This option will automatically show the relevant store name. For example the View on option for a Shopify return will read as View on Shopify. |

Void Label and Cancel Return |
If you need to cancel an existing return and void the related label choose the Void Label and Cancel Return action. |
